Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the RxHandbook.net website (the “Site”) and the products and services offered, including but not limited to our pharmacy handbooks (hardcopy and ebook) and the NAPLEX Practice exam and quiz products (the “Services”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or purchase our products.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to RxHandbook.net and its operators.
  • “You”, “Your”, “User” refer to the individual accessing or purchasing from our Site.
  • “Services” include our NAPLEX Practice exam / quiz, hardcopy book, and ebook offerings.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to purchase products or services from this Site. If under 18, a parent or legal guardian must make purchases on your behalf.

3. Products and Access

  • NAPLEX Practice Exam Product(s): Each purchase includes access for 6 months from the date of purchase and allows 3 total attempts to complete the exam. An account must be created with RxHandbook.net website to access the exam.
  • Ebooks: Delivered digitally. Personal use only. No refunds after download.
  • Hardcopy Books: Shipped via standard carriers. Shipping times and costs vary.

Purchase of electronic products MUST be made via our website with a credit card payment. After checkout you will receive an email that will include directions and the necessary information for the product(s) or service(s) you have purchased. All sales of RxHandbook products and services are final.

4. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed through secure third-party providers. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Times. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Shipping time depends on your location. The USPS site quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery.

Buyer is responsible for ensuring the shipping information is correct – product will be shipped to the address provided.

5. Account Registration

You must register an account on our website to access digital services. You will be asked to create and account at checkout. You are responsible for account security and all associated activity.

It is recommended that you do not share your Account details, particularly your username and password. We accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred as a result of your Account details being shared by you. If you use a shared computer, it is recommended that you do not save your Account details in your internet browser.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including exams, quizzes, books, logos, and images, is owned by RxHandbook.net or its licensors. No reproduction without permission. The products (e.g., NAPLEX Practice Exam, hardcopy or e-book copy of handbook) and information available for purchase on this website are either owned by or licensed to RxHandbook and are protected by the intellectual property laws of the United States and other jurisdictions. RxHandbook and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to these materials. 

The products are meant for a single-user and are only licensed for use to one individual and cannot be shared. Products are copyright protected to prevent editing and copying capabilities. No part of the exam or handbook (hardcopy or electronic) may be reproduced, transmitted, utilized by any information storage and retrieval system, or distributed in any form or by any means (e.g., photocopies, scanned copies, photographed images, image snipping, printing ebook, etc.) without express written permission by the copyright owner. The printing of exam(s), quiz(es) or ebook(s) are prohibited to prevent illegal distribution of copyrighted content. For security purposes, the exam(s), quiz(es) and ebook(s) has a set usage/download limit and usage/download expiry. Review product and order summary page for information.   

Personal Use Only. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from this exam or handbook, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

No Redistribution. You may not reproduce, repackage, or redistribute any of the content in RxHandbook, in whole or in part, for any reason.

7. Refund Policy

  • NAPLEX Practice Exam Product(s): No refunds once access is granted. Exceptions: duplicate purchase or unresolved technical access issues.
  • Ebooks: Non-refundable once delivered.
  • Hardcopy Books: Non-refundable.

8. Limitations of Use

You agree not to share login credentials or redistribute content. No commercial use or website disruption is allowed.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All services are provided “as is.” No guarantees of NAPLEX passage or performance are offered.

Much of the information presented in this handbook is drawn from manufacturer recommendations, practice guidelines and clinical experience. The author, in good faith, made every attempt to ensure the information included in this handbook is accurate and current.  However, the author makes no guarantees, offers no warranties, nor accepts any liabilities with respect to accuracy of the content contained within, including errors or omissions. The author also accepts no responsibility for any consequences as a result of application of the information in this handbook. It remains the responsibility of the reader to evaluate the information provided in the context of real-life clinical situations. This handbook is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

This handbook is meant to be a brief reference – it contains only select guideline recommendations and treatment options. The practice questions are intended as a study aid and do not cover all topics that may appear on the NAPLEX. Always refer to the latest official sources and recommendations when preparing for the exam.

RxHandbook.net is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service use.

The products and information on this website are provided “as is” and RxHandbook makes no representations or warranties of any kind, including but not limited to the accuracy, completeness, or results obtained through use of these materials. You agree that your use of the products and information on this website is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RxHandbook disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. RxHandbook will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the products and information on this site, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, and punitive damages.
